I just returned from driving 600 miles to J C for service. After comparing prices in the Bay Area (which were about $1,000 more) we decided the cost of fuel was worth it in order to get good service.
We had our wet PTO installed ($760 & 3hours and several other items repaired). Our CC is an '07 Inspire with only 8600 mi., but I was amazed at how little grease was left on the splines. OMC also installed 4 new Road King shocks (pricey @ $450/each) but I felt well worth the money. The shocks (Koni golds) on the coach were crap! The ride now is more stable and no more pourpiseing!
OMC was very busy with about a dozen coachs. OMC was replacing 2 PTO'S the day I was there. I was impressed with their professional manner and straight talk.

I can highly recommend them!
