I have noticed some oil leakeage on the left drive wheel on my coach. There is not a lot, but it is worrying. I wiped it all off and then took a two hundred mile tip and found a bit more on the wheel. Are the wheel bearings considered part of the drive train or the chassis? Who would be the best person to have check this out. We are presently in Yakima Washington.

Thanks,

Any truck shop can do this. The rear axle is the same design as trucks. Find a decent local heavy truck shop or good truck stop. If it is just seeping a little from the axle to wheel point (outside) you might try tightening the axle to wheel nuts.

Cummins Northwest is in Yakima, from Main & Washington go east on Washington, Left @ 18th (past the lite @ Nob), Right @ Central to the end, 509-248-9033. They can handle it. Sounds like an axle seal- how many miles on your rig? If its the axle seal, worst issue is oil leaking on brakes. Mike
