I can think of no reason what so ever a reputable RV dealer would ever let the buyer have such nasty buying experience. Having that happen buyer did exactly what usually takes place. Trash the RV dealer on the web sight, friends, cocktail parties, rallies.
What ever happened to the old punch list, hold back of monies for work completion, every couple of days phone call for work in progress update.
No one ever wins on these finger pointing deals gone bad.

Al you are right on. I always have a type written list, when it is ignored then it gets interesting. It just blows me becuase one never knows the price, maybe a bargin is really not a bargin. You should see some of the house repro's, people are mad and they just destroy these homes. I guess they figure if they can't have it then no else should either.
Sincerely,

Jim and AL,
You need to chill out, we have someone giving us a heads up with his experience at a certain dealer. If he was trashing the dealer it was because he had a problem. If he didn't do what you would have done so what! Not all dealers are honest and straight forward with what they promise. If you have never had this happen to you, you are lucky! Just my opinion.

Sorry Vick I must have mist the story here. I did not see and serial number with the post, which always makes me just a little bit cautious, just a little. Guess it is my cynical nature. Will make adjustments, as for Al he is hopeless.
Sincerely,

This stressful purchase thread is beginning to sound like a familiar LazyDays disaster. One individual will tell of a wonderful exsierience. Another buyer will explain in detail how stories where changed and they where dragged over the coals.
Only those involved know what realy transpired.
In most cases the dealer represents city hall and vary few have the recources to fight city hall.
It does amaze me how many will stand up for a buiseness when a fellow subscriber is only trying to help edjucate others of thier delema.
It makes me wonder who those indeviduals are.
