Fogged Si-Gi windows This is an old topic but I need some new info. CC replaced the wholedriver'swindow back in 2004 but all 3 windows are now severely fogged. Based on prior messageswe planned to have our2002 Intriguedriver's windows repaired as we passed throughWashington andOregon later this year.
Earlier Bulletin Board reports indicated overnight service byMotionWindows (aka Peninsula Glass) in Vancouver, WA. I called Jeff and he says to allow a week or send in the window for repair.
Other reports touted the work of Dave Root RV Glass Repair. I called Dave and he is closing up his business in Bend, ORandwill be on the road and eventually settling inAlabama.
There are also favorable reports of Suncoast Designers Glass in Hudson, FL which would also require sending the window for repair.
So if choices boil down to sending the window off for repair once we're parked somewhere that we can live for a couple of weeks with plastic covering the gaping hole in theside of our motorhome, the questionarisesas to how do I remove the whole window unit?? I see novisiblefasteners and didn't want to tackle the removal job without some expert advice from some of you folks out there who have done this before.
Thanks for your inputs and tips.

Steve - Have you contacted Carrier & Sons and/or Coach Glass in Eugene, OR. If you're comming down I-5 this could be an option.

Re: Fogged Si-Gi windows I did check with Carrier and they offered a price of about $527 for the driver's window.
That sounded a littlesteep compared toother prices that I've read about.
I will check with Coach Glass in Eugene.
Thanks, Steve, Intrigue'02 #11382
