Our kitchen sink Kohler faucet just started "acting funny" today. The faucet doesn't seem to be putting out as much water as usual, and when you shut it off, it slowly shuts off. We've checked the hose for it, no kinks. Checked the screen and cleaned it. Also the rest of the coach's water supply seems normal. I've switched from the sprayer mode to the single stream mode, too, but nothing seems to get it back to normal. Has anyone else experienced this? It's not earth shattering, but something has changed, so I figured I'd ask here before we delve deeper into it with Kohler or a repair person.
Thanks...and Happy New Year to y'all...

Sounds like debris someplace in the line, could be at the shutoff valve to the hoses going to the fixture or in the faucet controls, I've had to take those apart after winter storage and clean debris out.

Ray, how easy is it to take the faucet controls apart...looks like a lot of pieces according to the diagram. Thanks for the suggestion...Jan McNeill 2001 Intrigue

It isn't very hard. I was able to take it apart and put back together without a problem. Just notice the order of things as you take them apart. Mine got clogged up and no water would come through until I took it apart and blew air through it...has worked fine every since.

Thanks for the suggestions...fixed it this morning...was "lined" with hard water deposits...even with the two filters we use! Interesting.
Probably is happening to our other lines as well. Oh, well...each in its own turn.
Happy New Year to everyone...Jan McNeill, 2001 Intrigue 11320

Good for you! Was thinking of the group today as I enjoyed an hours drive with my 2000 Allure #30493 this morning. We sure have, or hear of, myriad problems with these CC beasts but to me the greatest pleasure is its handling especially compared to my prior gas Bounder. I am stuck in western Mass., in the Berkshires, caring for my 92 year old mother so taking a drive is a pleasure. We have had a rough winter so far with lots of snow and ice but I do try to take the Allure for a drive every 2 weeks or so to charge up the batteries and to keep her juices flowing.
Can't let the problems overwhelm us! Happy New Year to you all. Mike Lewis.
