Interesting, because it appears that ALL of my 110 volts Electrical Plugs route thru ONE 15 amp breaker on my inverter, even when I am plugged into shore power. So if we are running our 13.3 amp heater and the wire uses her hair dryer, we blow the 15 amp inverter breaker. I'm not sure this is right. Our Last Class A Itasca had two separate circuits for 110 outlets. Correct me if I'm doing something wrong or misinformed..
Thanks

Lee,
You didn't mention which inverter that you have. I have the Trace 2000 which has two breakers.....I think a 30A and a 20A. If I remember what I was told in Junction City, the 20A feeds the 110vac outlets in the coach except for the microwave which is fed by the 30A. I don't know where the protection is for the charging circuits.... guess I'll do some reading.
I have NEVER tripped either but have, many times, tripped a 30A breaker at the power pole in some campgrounds.

Hi,
You are right. On a recent trip we had a 1500w space heater running and my wife ran the hair dryer, oops, the breaker went, but guess what we couldnt' find it because it wasnt an inside breaker. I tried everything including changing out my gcfi, nothing worked, so I finally called CC and yep, it tripped a breaker ON THE INVERTER. There were only two breakers on my inverter a 15 and a 20 and the 15 was tripped. So after taking off the panel and resetting the 15 we thought we were home free. The CC tech, Doug, told us ALL circuits are run through the inverter. We did think the coffee pot took too much amperage, but yep we couldn't have the space heater and the coffee pot on at the same time. Doesnt' seem like a good system, but what do we know?

On the Allure 2002 the OUTLET circuit (which includes the Microwave, as well as TVs, bathroom, kitchen, dining, living, bedroom) runs through the Inverter breaker. The Refrig/Washer/Dryer and A/C have their own circuits which do not go through the inverter.
The inverter breaker in the circuit breaker panel must be ON to supply AC to these outlets even though the inverter might be off.
This permits all of those outlets to have power from the inverter, if on, even when there is no shore power.

Hi,
Thanks for the info. I didn't mean ALL the circuits,I meant all the outlets. OOPs.
