We experienced the same problem with our coach -01 Affinity. Talked with the techs at CC and they indicated that a bearing could have malfunctioned and sent me a new pump. He also said that the pump wasn't really needed, but put there as an assist to insure the hottest water would quickly get up front. They sent me a new pump, which I have not yet installed. I pulled the fuse in the front of the coach which supplies the pump and now its quiet and I have gotten heat from the front heat exchangers. However, it has not been that cold.
