Along with all the good advice I got from forum members when I was searching for the tow board in my coach, Kevin Waite, a former CC tech, called with some good advice. He didn't want to be paid but I sent him a check anyway. I highly recommend that we take care of these former CC employees when they volunteer help. His number is 541-953-6162.
