Others have expressed interest in Steve Mitchell, Parliament President, buying CC IP as he did at the Blue Bird auction. They have file cabinents full of data on every BB ever built. Picking up my Magna yeterday, I asked Steve if he would consider acquiring the CC IP and he said he didn't know if he would have any interest in the IP but added he was following the situation and had talked to people at Wells Fargo.

A very pertinent question is would whoever buys these files make them available, for a fee or otherwise, to those who seek them? Does Parliament offer records to Blue Bird owners? If not moot point if they buy the CC records. OTOH why keep file cabinets of information to take up valuable business space and gather dust?
Obviously proprietary info is another matter. I seriously doubt there is much, if any, proprietary information involved in how our '05 Inspire was built or what it contains. Might, but very doubtful.
FWIW we do have construction drawings and other related documents for our house and so do many of our neighbors. It was a plus buying into this development. When it comes time to consider modifications or re-sale they are very helpful.

Maybe Roger McCombs, aka "MAGLEV" will purchase the prints for us? What happened to this amazing entrepreneur?
"He's an amazing entrepreneur," Howard said outside court.
In addition to building motorcoaches at the Country Coach plant, McCombs is interested in building mobile medical coaches, using Country Coach's chassis, and in utilizing magnetic-levitation technology, or maglev, an area in which he holds a patent, Howard said."If the McCombs plan comes to fruition, it could involve thousands of jobs over the next 18 months," Howard said. "It takes us far beyond motor coaches."
TWC- Guess that deal crumbled...
