Title: 22 cu ft Side by side problems

After waking from a 3 month sleep my Amana frig is limping. The compressor appears to be running, however the fan or fans are not working. Consequentley, the cold air just floods the bottom of the freezer side. In addition there is no water flowing to the icemaker.
Help, I fear the thought of pulling this beast out of the wall.
