I'm considering purchasing the extended warranty plan offered by ACC Warranty Services on the CCI website. Have you had experience settling a claim with the ACC? In addition to using a preferred repair facility, they offer 24/7 service to dispatch a knowledgeable tech to your coach. Have you used that service? Was the tech qualified? If you have had a repair, did ACC respond timely and use either new or quality remanufactured parts? Was the repair facility or tech paid timely by ACC? I'd appreciate knowing of any experience you may have had with ACC Warranty Services or Steve Burgess, pro or con.

I saw Steve at the FMCA & Quartzite shows, I asked him to e-mail me a copy of their contract. Wrote down my name & e-mail address, said he would send it. That was over 10 days ago and have yet to receive it.
So far not impresssed.

I have had a service contract with ACC/Steve Burgess for the last four years and have been very happy. If you are in a repair facility he will give them his credit card number and you are not out of pocket for anything. I had a power window repaired at Prevost and he droped the check off to me yesterday for $303.50. At one time they were sending checks out once a month but now are paying you back for you out of pocket repair in two weeks, if the service tech does not take credit cards. I have used the warranty several time and all without problem. The key is to contact him before the repair. He can ship parts to you direct to save time trying to find them. He has been in business for 7 1/2 years and has only one complaint that I know of. He is paying a three a three year membership to CCI plus several other perks for being a CCI member. He is also supplying Techs for our rallies starting at the Kerrville TX rally in May.
He just left Palm Springs this morning for Florida so you will be able to reach him tomorrow on his phone 1-813-767-4357.
