Hello all! I am a new owner of an older Allure and have a problem I hope someone can help with.
I have 2 pinhole leaks which appear to be coming from a weld on the lower rear corner of the radiator. Wondering how to remove the unit to get it repaired. Looks like a daunting job. Any recomendations or tips on how to go about it?

George welcome aboard. First you need to identify your coach and serial number. If you want location assistance please let us know where you are. There is tons of data on radiators. If you are in S. CA. then I would try Colton Truck in Colton. I would not try the job myself, but some have taken it out and they got the unit repaired, others replaced. Prices vary on location and how urgent you need it.

George, can you see the leak? As a "temporary fix" you can use a wire brush and clean off all the paint in the area of the leaks. Then use JB Weld and put a patch over the leaks. I know of a radiator that was fixed in this manor 5 years ago and it is still not leaking! If you try this, use the fast setting mix of JB.

Hello Jim,

Thanks for the input and I appreciate the heads up on the protocol.
Unfortunately I am over on the other coast, New Jersey. Not in a big rush but would like to get it fixed soon.
