Two wires between the door and the jamb broke due to a very stiff outer sheath. There are four wires total. Two go to an upper actuator and two go to the lower actuator. All four are black with no identification that can be seen. So, I don't know how to pair the broken wires. Presumably two are 12vdc and two are ground?? If this is correct I can determine which is which but won't know which go up and which go down. Anyone been there? Lyle Wetherholt

It is not to difficult, we had the same problem.
Try to verify the 12 volt on each with a tester.
Then try various combinations to make sure they work in sync. (locks go in and out together) Off you go.

You might find a small piece of tubing that slides in and out of the door as a way to keep the wires from breaking in the future.

Hope this helps,
Russ
