All;
I've been hearing and reading about HWH Active Air and am thinking about getting it installed om my 2008 Intigue 530 to make an even smoother ride and better handling for long hauls. The testimonials are great but then they are from happy customers and seem to be on older coaches. Any experience or comments out there? I'd appreciate it for my research into this feature as it is a sizeable investment - $7000.
Thanks,
Eric

For what it is worth, I installed the ActiveAir system in my 95 Affinity 2 years ago and couldn't be happier. It's my understanding that the Foretravel is using it on brand new coaches so it may work out for you as well on your coach. If HWH is indicating improved handling etc., I'd believe them. Great company!

I have had various odd happenings but never enough to cause serious concern so I will not mention them; however I had an issue early on with the system occasionally struggling if I am traveling around tight junctions in succession, HWH advised that the active air would be in high demand and the air system was probably struggling to keep up and this warning comes up at circa 90 psi. So the system always recovers air and I let is pass.
On the last 2 trips I have had a similar warning but reading the text it now specifically refers to the left tag having difficulty maintaining ride height. However the system pressure is up around 120-130 psi so I have to reset the system and look at bag pressures. It would seem that the left tag bag is at 21 psi, the left dual is up at around 40-50 and all the others are circa 50-70. The right side is pretty equal and all higher than the left side save the left front which is always in the same bracket. After a reset the tag bag comes in at 30-40 until I get the next alarm which could be hours later.
This has only just started over the last 1000 miles but I am concerned that there may be a system fault in the rear ride height valves. Can anyone tell me how the dual and tag ride heights are linked? Also any others with experience
