Title: Source for Replacement Jack-Knife Sofa?

We have never liked the jack-knife sofa in our coach. I am still amazed that Country Coach would this piece of junk in such an otherwise beautifully equipped and decorated coach! At two years of age threads were already pulling at the seams and now at 7 1/2 years, it's time for a replacement!
Our coach is a 40' Intrigue Suite Sensation with a large driver's side slide out with the sofa and the bulk of the kitchen cabinets riding on it. This slide out has the approximate 6" step up from floor level that the sofa and cabinets are attached to. The sofa and cabinets are built with a skirt on the front edge that gives the appearance of them being an inch and a half off the floor. With the structure of the sofa being elevated an approximate 6" from floor level, where does one find such a sofa? The wife absolutely hates the design of the existing sofa, so recovering it is not an option. Has anyone out there ever replaced their sofa and if so, who did you purchase it from? Thanks in advance for any help!

That sofa was more than likely manufactured by Villa (http://www.villainternational.com/) out of California. You might also try Countryside Interiors (http://www.countrysidervinteriors.com/) in Junction City, they were called upon on several occasions to modify and/or repair furniture.

We have a 06 Allure that had the worst brown sofa I have ever seen or sat on. While in Elkhart IN we stopped at Bradd & Hall RV Seating.
Josh sold us a cusom made sofa and rocker recliner that matched our front seats. It is wonderful. He shipped it to our home in FL and I installed it with the help on a friend.

Would highly recomend B&H
