My question is i dont have an alarm so have any of you found an alarm combined with the door lock actuator that would work withe the coach.
As allways thanks for the help.

I have the Crime Stopper system that locks the door and sets the alarm. It has a 4 button fob. The FCC ID # on the back is J5523518T1

Such kits are avaialable from many sources ranging from DIY JC Whitney kits to your local stereo/car alarm installer. CHeck the Yellow Pages and internet for one near you.

Hi Rob
Our last trasmitter recently died in the washing machine. I ordered a replacement reciver with two transmitters from JC Whitney for $ 42 . It works great , and it was relatively easy to install. Since the trasmitters had a third button for trunk operation, I was able to connect it to a time delay relay which is used to turn on the 4 curb lights for 5 minutes with a push of the trunk button. This is a real convice whe returning after dark! I also added a switch to the lock rod allowing a LED to be illuminated on the outside of the door visually confirming tha the door is locked.
Additional tranamitters are available for $20.
