Title: Pilot & Co-Pilot Chairs

On our '08 Inspire, the chairs are an odd type of pleather...they almost feel rubbery. They are not soft, or comfortable, and are difficult to clean. While in SoCal over the holidays, we stopped in at Villa International, and checked out their line, thinking maybe we could replace them. With a fairly new coach, we can't justify the cost. Has anyone had any experience with going to an upholstery shop, and having their seats redone? I'm thinking it would be much cheaper than a complete replacement.

Thanks.

I've seen chairs recovered at the shop in Junction city Oregon, they do a great job. They replaced the

padding in my Villa sofa cushions, with a firmer product. We never liked the Kustom Chairs up front.

They offered little lumbar support and I have a long torso, which wasn't a good fit. So when CC

introduced the chairs with dual lumbar support for the Magna in late 06 with massage, etc. I ordered a

pair for my Intrigue. I sold the original seats to Joe over at Northwest RV supply. I showed the Director

of Service my letter to the company complaining about the chairs, so I got the new ones at their cost,

plus shipping.

Our 08 Inspire Siena came with what I believe is Ultraleather which Is soft and very comfortable.

Did CC "upgrade" to something different in the Founders Edition?
