I hear the fan under the dash moaning when I have the fan on high (A/C, heat, vent). It is fairly quiet on low, louder on medium speed, and "bad bearings" loud on high speed. I am hoping it is just some leaves sucked into the fan area this past fall like it was in my GMC pickup, but I doubt I will be that lucky twice. How do I get into the fan and motor in a 2000 Allure? The metal plates housing it come up through the floor under the dash. Is it easier than it appears from under the coach? And, if necessary, are the fan motors easy to find?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
