Greetings

I need to change the jumper pins to tow my CR-V, but for the life of me I can't find the panel in the rear engine compartment as the manual states(next to the emergency shutoff). The only thing there is the accessory light on a spool. Does anyone know where it is? I may be blind, but I can't see a panel with 2 flex hoses emerging from it covered by a metal plate as stated.
Thanks

Ed You will find the tow plug box inside one of the bays. It has a black cover on it.

Thanks to all....but Chuck...YOU DA MAN!!!!!!!! It was in the 3rd storage bay....it was like a needle in a hay stack. I'm still looking for the "safe" that's supposed to be in the coach (listed on the face sheet). My 13 year old is a bounty hunter for that and still hasn't hit pay dirt. Any ideas out there? Thanks again

Ed,

You are getting lots of help on this. Look in the passenger side, rear bay, high on the back wall. It will be in a black box.

CC puts carpet around the safe so it is hard to see the first time. Should be in the closet passenger side it is hidden. It is above the electric reel for the power cord.

Ed the safe is in a cabinet under the bedroom window. You must be getting warmed up for an Easter egg hunt.

Ed,

The safe will be in the bedroom. Try the corner closet or the main closet. Sooner or later you will find it, as i found mine.

Good luck!

Ed,

On my coach, the tow board is way over on the right side of the engine compartment. Once you cut the wire ties on the wire loom, the board will slide down and out. I think on prior posts on your model coach, the board was in the far right exterior compartment. On another '08, it was behind a bedroom draw in the rear of the coach. If you have real good hearing, put your four way flashers on and listen for a relay to open and close; they normally make enough noise where you can locate them, especially if it is in fact in the engine compartment. You could also try tracing the wire loom from the tow plug back-mine does lead to the tow board.

Thanks for the input....no luck so far. I've gone so far as to review all schematics with no luck...it has to be very simple...but not in sight...at least not for me. No relay click heard either.

I found mine under the drawer in the BR, back by the wardrobe.
