Dick May is absolutely correct also. If you have a low voltage problem, that leads to all sorts of headaches.
What year and model coach do you have?? You probably would want to back probe with a meter that connector with someone operating the switch. If you have a substantial voltage drop, that's possibly your answer. It's a given to watch out for moving parts.
