The comfort control on my system had become increasingly difficult to operate, when I tried to switch between modes it either didn't switch anything at all or it turned off a function which I wanted to remain on. The buttons were the culprit. I just did a search on ebay and found a fellow advertising rebuilt controls. Dometic no longer makes these controls. I ordered a rebuilt control and received it a couple of days ago, I've installed it and it appears to be working perfectly.
Just wanted to pass this info to anyone who might be having problems getting a replacement for their Duo Therm comfort control.

I have had very good luck in taking the switches apart and cleaning the contacts to solve this problem.
