We have stayed at Greys Harbor State Park near Westport, WA. It has water and power with dump station in the new section. Very nice for a state park. Only 200 to 300 feet from the ocean.

A couple of thoughts for you to consider. Aberdeen has really nothing to offer RV park wise. Hoquiam has one on the Hoquiam River that has full hook ups. Some of the local Good Sam clubs use it for their gatherings but really nothing much in Hoquiam to possibly interest your little girls.
Another park you might like is called Bayshore RV Park in Tokleand, WA. It is actually on the Willapa Bay but might be closer to a beach experience for you. If you go there, request a spot on the water row, and towards the NW corner of that row. They have fire rings there also. Someone told me there was a little 9 hole golf course close by but I have not personally seen it. The old historic Tokeland Hotel does serve meals but not sure of days/hours.
If you happen to be an Elks Club member, the Elks Club at Ocean Shores has water and electric and a dump station. There you are closer to the beach and they have all kinds of "tourist type" things there. Much more action for kids.
Then there is Westport. The Islander Hotel has a few RV spots next to them. Not fancy by any means. A lot of people that go out on charter boats to fish stay there. If you get the front row overlooking the marina, you can watch the fishing boats come in. Again some tourist type things there as well. There is also somethig like an American campground there but have never stayed there. There are a spattering of other RV parks in Westport but not familiar with them.
Take your pick and have fun. If I can be of any further help, please let me know.
