For your information called HWH got there moble repair for Vegas, and company called Affordable Mobile RV. Made sure they we approved by HWH and then I gave them a call. I called told them the issue and asked for the tech to call prior to coming out. Three hours later I called again, and tech. had called in and first appointment was 5 days away. So I guess Affordable is a great shop as a five day backlog is pretty good. I have a leak at the fittings and was looking for someone who had the HWH crimping tool. Still in Vegas and does anyone have an idea. I got the suggestion a Johny Walker but he does not seemed to be an approved HWH vendor.

Call the RV doctors, they open a new store, real nice, on I-15 just south of the strip. You can see it from the freeway. Sorry, were traveling and I don't have there number. I was impressed last month when I stopped and checked them out....

Jim, I'm in Missoula MT headed for Glacier, but I, too, would recomend the staff @ Las Vegas RV Doctor, just north of Blue Diamond on Dean Martin Drive and as stated by others, can be seen from I-15 prior to the Blue Diamond exit. They did several repairs for me last month. But, Findlay's RV is an alternative and they do save space for emergencies though you'd have to go to them whereas L/V RV Dr. do have mobile services. I'm showing a phone number of (702) 473-5384 or 473-5362; most of the staff have relocated from Coburg OR areas and are former Monaco factory employees, as I understand ~

We used RV doctor a couple times last year and was OK with them until their manager started using shoddy part to fix our water heater (sprinkler part when it should have been plumbing part). Once we called him about it he blew up (violently) at us and told us not to come back. We want to make sure other CC owners are aware of his dishonest behavior.

Best,

Jay T.

Here's a tip: If you happen to need a new (or rebuilt) HWH brain, buy it direct from HWH. They will give you a substantial discount if you return the busted one. This discount or refund is not available if you buy the unit from a dealer. Also, changing it out is extremely easy.... just unplug the old one and plug-in the new!
