The passenger side wiper only works on high speed on my 2000 Intrigue. Are there separate motors for each wiper or would the wiper switch be shorting out? Any ideas how to repair would be appreciated! Thanks.

There are separate windings on the motor for high and low speed, check and see if the voltages are present on the motor. If both voltages are present it will run at high speed. It could be your wiper switch. I think I have the OEM part number for the switch for a 98 Intrigue.
