There are several locations around the country - where are you located? Repair, don't replace as repairs run a couple to few hundred dollars each, Se-Gi wants thousands for replacements. They are very proud of their junk and are not interested in retail customers in any way.
If you search the message files these locations are easy to find. We've used Suncoast Designers http://suncoastdesigners.ccwindow.com/rvservices.html (http://suncoastdesigners.ccwindow.com/rvservices.html)
They are great folks to work with. Others are around the country - I don't have additional info.

It would be ok to post your coach info ss a courtesy to others in the group. It sometimes helps id things specific to your coach.

There is a place in Arkansas that does windows, as well.

I met the owner and GM of Suncoast Designers at the Tampa RV Show. I have scheduled an appointment with them to repair or replace my foggy windows. They talk and seem like a reputable outfit. Has anyone had any experience with them?

Hi Tom,

Suncoast fixed 4 of our windows a year ago. They were very professional and efficient. We will be having the rest of the windows done this year and will definitely be using Suncoast again. We would highly recommend this company.

We did all double pane windows last May on our Fleetwood Excursion (since traded in for a CC Expire) and the experience was great... one day touring the area while they removed and did the windows, and overnite at their camp area to give the windows some time to settle in their final attachment on the rig.
Very neat, professional and priced reasonable.
There is a Dali museum in St Pete's, a reasonable ride in the toad..
Good luck

We had 10 of ours repaired by Suncoast. Very pleased with their customer service. They have hookups (w/e) onsite. You can stay in your coach. Great company.

I had my windows done about 4 year ago. There have been no problems. The folks at Suncoast are really good and easy to deal with.
I highly recommend them!

We just left there. Had the three window set by driver and door window repaired. They did a good job. There is a small smear on one window, not very noticeable, but it is there. I don't see it unless I look for it. They said they will repair it if I want. They are VERY busy right now. Several coaches dry camping and they have about 16 hook up sites. We were there three nights, under normal conditions I think we could have been out the same day if we had wanted. Early or late in the season is best if you can swing it, otherwise, go for it.
The are very conscientious and careful with their work. Friendly bunch. The process they use is, I believe, better that what SeGi does. They give you a five year prorated warranty, but the guy that gave us the tour said he has not seen anyone prorated yet. They just fix it.

All in all? Yes, I would/will go back when my next window crapes out.
On the tour, they said there are five companies making windows and all of them will fail, including theirs. It's not a matter of if, but, when.

This past summer I had 10 of my windows done in Searcy Arkansas (RV Fog Dr). Searcy is about 35 miles N. of Little Rock. Arrived on Sunday afternoon, plugged into their power/water and I was on my way on Wednesday morning with clear un-clouded windows....Good folks to do business with.
