I will be in Eugene next week then will go on to Denver. I am looking for a MH suitable route alternative rather than the boring Portland, Boise, Salt Lake City route.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

John

I have taken Hwy 58 to US 97 To K-Falls, Hwy SR 39 to CA border CA 139 to CA 299 to US 395 to Hwy US 50 to I-70 to Denver.

Not your average route.

Good Luck.

> Good route, we do it often as far as the K-Falls to 50 part. This spring we came across US 50 from Western Utah to Ely, NV and were part of a large movement of local alkalai from one location to another. Required a replacement air filter. US 50 is a nice and somewhat scenic road, except over the alkalai flats. If you go that way make sure the wind isn't blowing very hard.

John,

20 to Sisters and on to Bend then 20 thru the high plains to I84 or at Burns drop down to 95 and pick up I80. Either way then yo can go south from Salt Lake City and use 6 to cut the corner to I70. All very interesting territory to my mind.
