After searching for years i can now say i have found a product that makes wheel care easy and the wheels look better than new. The product is Diamond Bright liquid polish sold a Lowes home centers. I have tried at least 25 different products in my search for a easy answer. Blue magic, mothers, many types of compounds sold at truck stops and just about everything distributed by BaR-Jan the wholeseller to the automotive and RV stores. We polish aluminum, stainless and bronze for the architectural metal industry, and there I have used many commerical products and buffs. I now say throw away the buffs and the power tools, if you wheels are in fair condition this product is all you are going to need. My wheels look like they just came out of the box and each one only took minutes and did not require hard rubbing. After you try this let me know what you think.

John, just came back from Lowe's and could not find the product even with store assistance. What department is it in? How big is the container. Got a picture?

Diamond Brite Truck Box Polish was located by the fancy pickup truck tool boxes in the lumber section of my Lowes. It is in an 8 ounce tall plastic bottle with shiny labels on both sites. About 7" tall. Haven't had a chance to use it yet - just got it yesterday.

I found it in paint and polish next to Tarn-x and was at a second location next to Truck diamond plate tool boxes. The company that is selling it to lowes makes metal took boxes. It is in a 8 ounce bottle with a blue label. Diamond Brite Truck Box Polish is the official name. Lowe's part number
57122. Also see see link for

Good luck

It took me two trips to Lowe's to find it (near the diamond plate tool box section). It was worth the trip. My wheels are fairly new; I have had experience with Blue Magic and Busch Super Shine - no comparison. At first I thought it was a little pricey but I did all six wheels, about 20 minutes per, and used no more than an ounce of the product for all six.

Our Lowe's in Durham got the Diamond Bright in today. My wife made the second trip over and found it next to the truck toll boxes. I'll give it a try this weekend.

Armed with your info about location. I went to Lowe's and I now have my very own bottle of Diamond Brite Truck Box Polish. Will try it the next time I go to the storage lot.
Thank You

I have wanted to comment on this topic but cannot find the solution that the Alcoa company sent me to use on their wheels...Anyway, info can be found online at www.alcoawheels.com (http://www.alcoawheels.com) or www.alcoawheelaccessories.com (http://www.alcoawheelaccessories.com). I never used the solution as I received it late last Fall and then packed it away to prevent from freezing...

I have used the Alcoa products. They work great. Should only have to do them once a year. Gary 2003 Allure 30872

Diamond_Brite Truck Box Polish by Better Built

Our Lowes in Roseville CA has had several people inquire about it.
On my second visit we also located it next to the Truck diamond plate tool boxes, with Lowes item number 57122. Bought a bottle and took a photo -- a little tricky to do with its mirror label with blue lettering.
