We are using our 06 Affinity for first time in several months. We have electric valves for both the gray and black water. The gray drain valve opens fine as usual. When I press the black water drain switch the light glows for a second, then goes out. The valve does not open. The manual lists one fuse for both valves. Any ideas? Thanks.

Had one of those electric drain valves for a while and replaced it with a manual valve because I had too many problems. They do have a manual overide where you can use a screwdriver to open the valve. Make sure you turn it the right way (look at arrows by screw) or you can strip the aluminum screw head (don't ask how I know this) I had to use a 90 degree screw driver W/vice grips on opposite side the last time before I finally changed out the valve.

P.S. Mine had an inline fuse near the switch, but i installed the electric valve myself. Not sure where your fuse would be.
