I recently had the problem, that when I turned the key on the Yellow light flashed. The Hydraulic pump would work on extension ( the slides were already out ), but would not pull them in. I pulled the fuse ( There may be more than one ) for the HWH controller ( it was not burnt ) and the control reset and worked properly. If you have no yellow light on when you turn on the key , I suspect you have a blown fuse somewhere.

See if you have fluid leaking in the wheel well.

I'm currently experiencing the same problem intermittently on our bedroom slide. I've isolated the problem to the slide motor pump relay. Until I can replace the relay, Donna holds the Retract or Extend button while I go outside and whack the relay with the handle of a screwdriver. It's in the small bay under the driver seat. The pump motor looks like an old starter motor and the relay sits on top of it with 2 smaller wires and 2 large cables. Works every time!
I just ordered a new relay from HWH and it arrived but they have changed the configuration. Instead of mounting with the terminals pointing up, the new configuration mounts with the terminals pointing to the side so it's going to require some slight rerouting of cables. Rats!
Hope this helps.

We had periods where the slide wouldn't go out. It was an intermittent problem. I eventually took the switch off the wall. Re crimped the wires and have had no problems in the past two years.

Do you have the parking brake set?

Hi Debbie,
We had this problem 2 years ago. Instead of a yellow light on the control panel for the slide, the light was red. We were instructed to reset the HWH system by using the rocker switch that is up by the driver's side seat in our coach. This solved the problem for us.

FWIW we found out that on our '06 Allure the bedroom slides (1 elec 1 hyd) ran off the chassis battery and not the house batteries and when the chassis battery went bad they woudlnt' run in/out unless we held down the boost switch or ran the engine.
We're currently seeing if it is possible/practical to re-wire these to run off of the house batteries (4x8D vs 2xGrp 31).
