Hi Friend, Call Cat dealer parts counter with you Engine Model and S/N and if you can Arrangment#. The C-12 like all Cats have many builds and T Stats can be mounted in different places. Just in the ballpark the outlet hose to the Radiator is a cast iron housing and the Regulator or T Stat is in there. Good luck Ken 99 Allure 30356 If you have a parts book they can walk you to the page of the location also like I use to do.
