Suspect the full 3100 mile trip will be in the low 8's, will know next weekend when I do fill the tank... And, I had a few long grades bring us down to the 40-45MPH range - but, I always felt I was OK on power. Have no problem not being able to pull the grade at the 50 or so that the Big Block Cat/Cummins can...
Did not make it to Sisters this trip. The nice people that sold us our Bounder say it is in their top 5 favorite places - so it is on our 'must see list too'.
We spent several days scouting out small acre lots in the Hope, ID area, on the leeward side of the lake. Thinking of an out building only, north camp for the retirement years ahead. For the same reasons we bought the Allure a year or so early - prices do look very good now... Some think they mey get better for the buyer in the future, others think 'better get it now' - who the heck knows!!! The Sandpoint/Hope Idaho area is just such a nice area, I sure hope this slow down we've had - stops the rapid development of the area...

Best,
Smitty
