I have one of two tilt motors under the drivers seat that is fried beyond the connection and needs to be replaced. The switch and wiring is fine leading up the motor connection. This is not the motor that moves the seat front and back but one of two motors (black) that raise and lower the seat and is connected to a 3 inch jack screw
The number on the side of the gear drive motor is D33 76 957 and 020813.
This is in a 2004 42' Country Coach Intrigue Ovation serial number 11688

I had a motor go on the drivers seat, and had to replace the complete base. Your 2004 may be late enough to get parts, if still available. Seems most of the bases change over time and parts are not available. I went to the above and got a complete, updated base. Works much better than the old one. Kind of spending but worth it. Not a difficult change out.
