Title: Electrical problem maybe Intellitec

I was sitting here quietly and I heard something pop. Then I thought I heard an orderly shutdown of each 120 electrical circuit. I went to the panel and there is a definite burnt electronics smell. The Intellitec panel was a little warm to the touch.
The Intellitec panel is blank meaning no lights are on it. All circuits controlled by that panel are dead. The refer still is running on AC as well the micro wave. I have 110 on the outlets I am guessing direct not through the inverter as the Xantrec inverter light is flashing green.
I also saw a red light behind the mounting hole in the main ac breaker panel in the upper right corner. It flashed for a while then went solid then went off.
I am reasonably good at house and 12 volt wiring. Any suggestions on where to begin trouble shooting the Intellitec? What am I looking for?

Thanks
