We are unable to lock the bays with the Intellitec Pad at the entry door. There is 12V at the "unlock" relay in the driver's bay and one can hear the relay trigger.
If we lock the bays with the key, the Intellitec "unlock" key will open them.
Interestingly, the entry door won't lock via the remote either. And, when I push the "unlock" Intellitec button, there is a chirp from inside the door, but it won't unlock the door solenoid if I lock it manually to start.
Haven't got inside the door yet.........that's for tomorrow.
Any ideas what the problem might be?
