I just stepped outside and found the windshield washer pump on my 2000 Magna in the utility bay under the drivers seat. It is on the back side of the front end cap above the washer reservoir.

My windshield washer pump is on the rear of the windshield washer reservoir tank. I just replaced mine my tank and pump, about $35 from AM Equipment (OEM), 541.327.1546. Yours should be the same. www.amequipment.com Paul Pedersen
