Anyone had this done in Tucson, AZ? Coach is in storage for the winter but we're taking it out mid-Jan and I'd like to get this fixed.

Bob,

I have not had it done yet, but Ken Cameron can do them and asked me about it a week or so ago.

Yes, Premier Motor Coach (Eric Olstrom and Bob Snook) did mine in early November. You need to get your coach in so they can get the Norcold model to order the correct kit. Email me personally if you have more questions, leezabo@... (leezabo@...).

I highly recommend them.

Bob,

I can't help you with Tucson but I have heard that Norcold has quite a backlog on ordering the kits. I was quoted Dec 28th as the earliest shipping date to repair facilities as of last week. Being a recall I believe that each kit is ordered coach specific and dealers are likely not to have them in stock.
If you are looking for mid-Jan you might want to check on the availability of the kits fairly soon.

Chris Snyder is scheduled to do mine in Tucson this Spring. You need to call him and he'll tell you what info he needs to order the parts. I now he had six coaches lined up for update as of last week waiting on Norcold. Phone number: 520-665-1014. TWI 2004 Intrigue. 11731

Chris Snyder just did our Norcold recall changes at no charge. It took two weeks to get the parts.. Chris said the wait for parts is now more than a month. So if you are near Tucson and need the recall change make sure you place your order early.
It took Chris about 30 minutes to make the change. All work was done from outside the coach. Thanks to all who recommended Chris Synder and posted his name and number on this forum

Thanks for the replies. Talked to Chris today and he is going to order our parts. Currently parts will be available after Christmas.
