Friends, I'm reporting back to those interested in my Michelin 12R -22.5 SideWall Bubbles issue. The Michelin Dealer, to make a complete inspection removed all 8 wheels and inspected both sides of the tires for "SideWall Bubbles".
All 8 tires had "bubbles" from small 1" long to large 4" long by approx 1" to 1 1/2" wide. The tires had 32,000 miles and were installed Nov. 2008, the date code for (3) tires was week 8 of 08, (5) tires week 25 of 08.
Dealer measured tire wear of each, I was credited the balance of the current tire price, I had to pay Fed Excise Tax and Sales Tax of the total price of new tire, plus dismount/mount fee and balance fee. The new tires are dated coded week 41 of 2010.
I reported probem to Michelin Corporate, the dealer is sending tire to Michelin in South Carolina for inspection, not sure if I'll hear anything back.

Thanks, Mike 03 Allure 1st Ave. #30898
