I would not consider information submitted by a forum member for the possible benefit of other forum members as an .
Now if the company selling the service &/or product submitted the information, then it could possibly be .
What happen to the days of tolerance verse always being "Spring Loaded in the Half Cocked Position" ? ?

Lee,
Hate to disagree with you but if the original poster really wanted to inform other members of a service, he would have mentioned the free service as did George in Birmingham.
Somehow I think there was an ulterior motive but then again, my glass is always half empty.

Actually the original poster with the email epgeorge1 does not appear to have ever posted here before (run a message search) they also did not note their name or coach. All of this leads me to believe it is a spam message.

Hi everyone.

Now the view of the forum moderator on SkyMed "":
From my viewpoint it was a soft . A new member joined the forum (probably sells SkyMed) and then submitted the message within 30 minutes. As a new member, his message is automatically moderated. This means I need to approve, disapprove and/or counsel the new member.
I, with some debate with myself, decided to approve the message and then counsel the new member (and left him on moderation). I felt he raised an important issue and/or reminder that should be shared with the forum members. Not being a current FMCA member, I had forgotten about the FMCA coverage. But then again, not all of our members are FMCA members.
I believe the posting was worthwhile, because other members reminded us that the coverage was part of FMCA membership.
A day after he joined, he unsubscribed -- I appreciated that (keeps the member records clean).

Lee, I like your tolerance message.

Lee, I think you're wrong on this one. The original poster was clearly an agent drumming up business. He did not sign his post or add any description of his CC. He did not point out that the service was available to all FMCA members. It was a commercial.
In addition, your intolerance of my opinion violates you own call for tolerance.

Herb, I don't understand the use of the word "tolerance" in this context. I understand that you and Lee want to tolerate certain commercial messages. I don't get why the calm objection of another member is considered intolerant.
You explained your acceptance of the commercial message well so perhaps you can help me understand why my comment, which included information that was actually informative even to you, was intolerant.

Thanks.
