Any advice. Furnace not working as it is supposed to. It is blowing cold air but does light from time to time and blows Luke warm air. I found that if I pull the 20 amp fuse labeled furnace from the rear starboard compartment and replace that same fuse the system fires up with hot hair but upon reaching desired temp the furnace will not relight and blow hot air unless I pull and replace the fuse again. Any suggestions? I'm on the road now with family headed from NC to IN, might be a cold day in the RV. Thanks in advance for your responses.

Tom,
My 2002 Allure had a propane fired heater and I assume yours is the same. That fact would likely draw advice from a different segment of the group. Hopefully this fact will eliminate a lot of responses regarding Hurricane and AquaHot Heaters.

Sorry. Yes this is an LP furnace that will not refire?
Thank you,

ygrps-yiv-1406223715 v0003a* { } Sound like the vane switch is hung up on the blower unit. If this switch does not make when the blower comes on the gas valve will not open therfore nothing but cold air. One mite try and bang on the case of the furnace. An old mechanic fix bang on thing to get to work.

The fact that it does light makes it seem the sail switch works. (at least part of the time) I'm thinking there is a problem with the igniter ckt.
Either no spark, no flame sensing or no fuel. It could be it needs a cleaning and adjustment. Better seek help of a service tech unless your up to pulling the furnace out.

You might open the inspection cover to see if the probes are fouled. A little scrup with a fine small wire brush should clean those off.

Ok, all. I am now home, cold drive, and have the coach in heated storage where I can do some work to it. From advice here and elsewhere one place to start looking for the problem is the control board to insure that the furnace is getting a signal to heat. From my understanding this board is in the roof air unit? If you know about these things please let me know. I am new to the coach but have promised myself I would do as much work as I can on the coach so that I can know the ins and outs as best as possible. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance.
Thank You,

Also check all your Ground's on 12vdc in the furnace wiring! Similar problem on the Donmetic fridge propane gas valves ground was a corroded ground terminal also if you have paperwork read the trouble section. FYI Ken 99 Allure 30356
