We have a 2006 Inspire 360 and our refrigerator stays too cold, no matter where we set the temperature. I have it set on the warmest setting (1) and yet our inside thermometer shows that it is way too cold. I've tried de-frosting the freezer, shutting it off for a few hours, and testing the thermometer for accuracy. Non of those simple fixes seem to help. The food is not freezing, but pretty close. Anyone got any ideas that might help.
Thanks so much!

Sue,

If it is a Norcold or Dometic RV refrigerator then there should be a thermistor clipped to one of the fins at the top rear of the main compartment. Exactly what fin that is clipped to can make a big difference in the compartment temp compared to the freezer.
Mine is currently on the 3rd from the right and the compartment averages around 35 degrees while the freezer is around 10 degrees. Now I wish that I could remember which way to move it to make the compartment temp go up or down relative to the dial setting but I can't. It is a common question but if all else fails just experiment. Maybe someone else will chime in.

Thermistor should be located on the third fin from the right at the top.

ygrps-yiv-873584816 v0003a* {} OK...thanks to your emails, I now know that there is such a thing as a thermistor. I see something in there that is attached to the second fin...tried to pull it out but it didn't budge. Is it worth pulling harder to move it over one notch. My little thermometer shows that it is 22 degrees in the frig part...the freezer is fine, it's just the frig that's too cold. Sorry to be such a novice at this sort of thing...appreciate all your help and suggestions. Keep 'em coming! : ) Sue 2006 Inspire 360
