I thought Oregon Motor Coach, Bob Lee's Junction City Company, had a mobile crew in the Palm Springs area in the Winter?? Not sure what their mobile rates would be, but they are definitely CC knowledgeable.

I talked to the owner/operator at "Iron Man" about routine maint. He seemed knowledgeable about general maint but not CC questions. However, I have not yet used his services. He is located a lot closer to you on Varner rd. next to Flying J off of I-10 at the Ramon Rd. exit, 760.343.3105. Also, at this location is "Little Sisters Truck Wash", 760.343.3448; they do a nice job including the roof for $1.50/Ft . Parkhouse Tire, 760.343.1018 is also next door.
I have not yet found a CC expert in this area.

Theresa at Carrier in J.C. said her and Tom and a crew were going to be working out of Palm Springs this winter. I think if you call Carrier and Sons it will get forwarded.

All,

I live at the MCC and CC has not had a crew out there for the last couple of years (I thinks 3 including this season). We have had people, that use to work for CC, at the park working as their own mechanics/companies. Mike Simple works both properties out here and I believe he is as good as they come. Only difficulty is that his services are in great demand and he pretty much works 7 days a week during the season.

Rick,

Info. for routine coach maintenance and also larger jobs, Mobile Lube Express in Coachella Valley area, 760-399-9773. I have used them in Palm Desert Ca. for routine maintenance and starter replacement and air bag replacement and very happy with service. Jim Veen, 36 ft Intrigue, '96, #10299. They will also have a booth at FMCA Indio meeting.
