The docking lights is a rocker switch to the left of the driver by the transmission touch pad.

The water filter should be behind a panel in the compartment one up from the wash bay towards the front of the coach. The access will or should be marked "Water Filter."

The tank drain is behind an access panel, lower left, in the wash bay. You may need a phillips screw driver to remove the panel.
