Considering using a mail forwarding service. Does anyone know any good companies to go with. Or maybe some to stay away from.
Thanks

I've been using http://www.escapees.com/MailForwardingService.asp (http://www.escapees.com/MailForwardingService.asp) for a couple of years. Never a problem, and very flexible.

Are you looking for mail forwarding only or to establish a 'home' address also?

I've used Good Sam mail service for several years and consider it as good as any. I have previously used Escapees mail service and found it to be good also.

We use South Dakota as our permanent address as full timers. Our service is excellent and the rates are also excellent. Highly recommend "My Dakota Address" in Madison South Dakota. Email me if you have questions.

Tom, I like FMCA mail service. You have direct contact with a person and they always try to help if you have a special need. Also, I like to support the FMCA services.

We've had the Escapee mail since 1996, NEVER had a problem. It fits our needs, may or may not fit yours. The cost is reasonable, $85/year, Escapee membership required, no service charge, pay for postage only. Can access the service by phone or email. They send an email when they ship. We've visited their mail forwarding facility in Livingston and it's automated and top notch.
We use the TX residency also, no state income tax, reasonable license fees and insurance. TX insurance is a little different for full timers, should consider that. We also use the Escapee Livingston facilities, they have a level of living assistance (CARE) and a pretty good RV park.
For about 5 years we had (also) UPS store (Mail Boxes Etc), not as easy to use and more expensive. Needed it for medical/business reasons. They did a good job, never had a problem.

Good luck

I have been using "My Home Address" in Emery, SD 57332, for the past 5 years as a full timer. Excellent service including getting the tags for my moho and car every year.
