I agree. I have taken my '93 Magna to R-Mechanic for 8 years for all my service requirements with total satisfaction. Norm Young, the owner, is capable of diagnosis and complete motor, chassis, and house repairs. I have felt no need to go to the factory for any reason except to enjoy an occasional "Class Reunion". Recently, I moved to Palm Desert CA and have not yet found the level of expertise I had been accustomed to at Norm's shop. I hope I will soon. Happy RVing.
