I'm looking for a source for a stainless Steel door shock bracket with 2 mounting studs for a: 2001 Intrigue #11219; The door is not a PTL manufactured, I already called them.
One of my mtg. studs broke at the weldment.
Thanks

Lee,

I believe our doors were made by Elixir.

In 2005, when CC was paying to reskin doors, that is who made the new skin for my door.

Are you talking about the bracket that fastens to the door and to the closing shock ? If so you may want to try Specialty logistics, in Eugene, OR. I had to send them a picture but they had the part.

On the subject of the door hold-open device (brackets with air shock) that is used on the 2001 Intrigue ... will those brackets and air shock lend themselves to installation on a 2002 Intrigue??? I am tired of the open door flopping in the breeze and the door swinging open when others don't know to hang on to it resulting in the door trying to go past the perpendicular position and causing chipping of paint around the door frame. Has anyone installed a door stop or door bracket on the 2002??

Thanks, Steve Bufty #11382
2a.
