After an unfortunate incident in which the automatic steps did not retract and took a direct hit from a giant redwood tree, we needed to get quite a bit of bodywork done to our Country Coach Magna. The step got caught between the tree and the coach and did significant damage all along the side. Several of the bay doors were heavily damaged as well as the rear cap getting partially torn off. We had a few body shops in Oregon look at it, but decided to go with Straight Line Body shop in Eugene, Oregon. The owner, Tony, could not have been more helpful and understanding of our predicament and he got us in that same day and was done in a week just as promised. They let us stay in the coach the whole time (we're fulltimers) and plugged us in to an electric outlet too. Brendon May did the actual work and his experience with these coaches really shows. The repair work looks absolutely perfect and although he was challenged with matching the paint (the paint codes inside our coach were for a different coach number) the colors are seamless. They are very reasonable on price compared to the other quotes that we got. Although I hope not to have to see Tony and his crew as a customer again, I would take our coach back here for sure if we needed these services again.

Glad to hear that your unfortunate incident at least had a good outcome and that it only took a week.
Out of curiousity, did you get the insurance company involved or just paid for it out-of-pocket?
We had a front tire blow out last September and the overall cost to repair was unbelievable...and it took about a month that we couldn't spend in the rig. Sorry for the late response, I just saw this now.
I did file a claim with the insurance company as the repairs were in excess of $10K and my deductible was $500.
