Any hints on adjustment to get water through it again? Or just replace it? Jack 2003 Intrigue 11527

Replace it, soak it in CLR and/or white vinegar are options that come to mind.

Go to Home Depot or Lowes, etc and buy a "real" residential regulator, and throw away the RV regulator.
You will have much better flow and better ability to regulate, especially if you also spring for a water pressure gauge to place after the regulator.
