Hi All, Help! We are plugged in to 50 amps ac, and the generator started. The battery level on the Xantrex read 13+. This happened a few days ago too. I turned off the genarator. What is happening? Thanks for input or comments on this subject.

Sounds like your SilverLeaf (?) central control unit has a generator auto-start programmed in. Scroll through you menu of screens to find the right screen to change.

It's not uncommon for the Silverleaf house voltage reading to be less than the Xantrex since the lighting and other 12v loads drop the voltage below Xantrex If the generator auto start is set to Enable and the Start voltage is set to low the gen will auto start This has happened to me BOB 06 INtrigue 12047

It could be your auto gen is set to exercise as well - which can be done weekly, every set days of the week or monthly - and should be done under load like a/c or heat pumps on. You can set it to off but should use the gen at least monthly per your gen's manual. The autogen setting is on the dash Silverleaf and the Total Coach panel.
