Hi All

I am having trouble with charging 12 volt batteries.
My chassis battery over time discharge. The house batteries stay at 12.75 volts.

The echo charger will not charge the chassis batt. unless the house batts. are at 13 volts as by the echo charger manual. By useing a external battery charger I can get the house battery to 13.4 volts when charging. The chassis battery charges to 12.55 volts. from the echo charger.
I have the same voltage at the voltage sensing point at the connection block behind the batteries. I also have the same voltage at the input for the Heart interface Link 2000.

Any ideas where to look from here?

Bo...how old are your batteries ? Can we check/load test each battery to it's condition. You have'nt posted that your water level is correct, cleaned the battery terminals, checked all the connections for tight. Just want to check the basics first.
