Title: Cracks Below the Rear Drivers Side Slide

I just noticed I have two cracks below at both ends of the drivers side rear slide on my 2005 Allure. One part way down and the other all the way to the joint. I was wondering what has to be done to fit it and what is the cost?

The cracks are not on the slide itself. They are at the corners below the opening going out at a 45 degree angle. I wouldn't be able to get photos before the weekend.
